  I have truly enjoyed this place. This past year had been a good one. However, some of the maintenance people tend to let themselves in without a scheduled appointment. On several occasions they have knocked one single time while I was either in bed asleep or in the shower and proceeded to let themselves in for no reason at all. That makes me extremely uncomfortable. Parking availability is awful too. Otherwise... this place is absolutely lovely and overpriced.
