  *****due to new issues that have come up, please disregard my previous review which i have left below. Hot water went out sometime in the night and as of 5:00AM till now 11:51am we have had no hot water. I spoke with the maid who also had an IDGF attitude who came back to relay a message from the owners that there will be no hot water till Monday or Tuesday. That no accomidations will be made for guests and that if we didnt like it, we could leave..that is a verbatium quote. lets not to mention the mold in the bathroom that she has no intention to clean up. Just if you dont like it, leave.
  I highly recomend you go to a travel site and make reservations online!!!
  you will even get a better price. Unfortunatly for us, Mermorial day weekend is next week and we have 4 people and the cheapest rooms we can afford dont have any double beds available right now.....
  despite my previous opinion, for complete disregard for the two children in our room...just go somewhere else.
  
  Decent place for the price.
  clean sheets, clean bathrooms and nice owners.
  moved to Pensacola for my husband's job and this is where they were staying. we arrived away 2am and got prompt service. Clean towels everyday. AC works fantastic. rooms clean but dated furniture. they have 1 washer and 1 dryer on site for 2.00 per machine. washer worked great but dryer wasn't getting hot. I was refunded my 2.00 and was provided 2.00 to run the dryer again which still didn't dry the clothes. as far as I know they fixed the dryer the same day.
  microwave and small fridge in room worked great. free ice by the office and soda machine which is a dollar a can and hot.
  it's pretty much what you would expect for the price.
  we have two children, owners haven't complained once about playing in the parking lot or riding bikes.
  over all we are very satisfied with our stay so far. we paid weekly rate..
