  Disappointing company.
  Being that I can't respond to the company's response- I'll edit my original review to add an explanation.
  I like to give recognition to companies that really go that extra mile for their customers. I reviewed my company's vending company, and as I was doing so, I noticed that they'd been given a very poor review. Interested, I clicked on the reviewer's name, and learned that the ONLY other review that she had posted was a five star review for Quality Vending. For a person to one-star a small company and use their only other review to 5-star that same company's competitor positively screams dishonorable intentions. I am disappointed in a company that would condone this sort of petty practice to tarnish one company's reputation to make themselves look better. If you want to look better- try doing better.
