  I wouldn’t recommend living here.
  The counter tops when I lived here were painted green. Painted with actual paint. The neighborhood children egged my car constantly, and the office did nothing about it. I didn’t even know the kids that did it, nor did I do anything to make them want to throw eggs at my car. I lived here for 12 months and paid my rent on time every month. However, they put $1000.00 on my credit report as unpaid, and I received no deposit back. The floors in the kitchen were so bad they were coming up, but no one ever did anything to fix it. The neighborhood was surrounded by people that let’s just say I did not feel safe around. it’s not the quiet safe place you’d expect for the amount they charge unfortunately. I wish it had been. It’s not the worst apartments in Pensacola, but certainly not the best either.
